Opportunity Overview:

Currently we are looking for a DevOps Project Manager/Scrum Master to make the team even stronger.


  • Manage multiple work streams and deliver results in a timely manner; follow up and follow through issues and actions and drive them to closure in a timely manner;
  • Play the role of a system, infrastructure or environment owner; establish related enterprise level operations and maintenance processes according to DevOps principles;
  • Work closely with the Development team to identify and communicate critical paths;
  • Manage and effectively deliver features committed to the Release Plan;
    Facilitate Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Demos and Sprint Retrospectives;
  • Remove impediments/blockers in order to keep teams productive;
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and build schedules and plans;
  • identify and manage dependencies with other internal or external teams;
  • Handle issues and risks proactively.

Must Have:

  • Experience in IT infrastructure and/or IT production environment operations and management;
  • Strong understanding of DevOps methodology, principles and approaches;
  • Knowledge of and experience with modern cloud and environment automation technologies and approaches like AWS/Azure, Linux/Windows, CI/CD tools and technologies;
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Practical experience creating JIRA projects and managing them;
  • Agile PM methodology and SCRUM knowledge and experience;
  • Change management experience with proven track record of leadership of successful global system implementation delivery;
  • Flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timescales and changing priorities;
  • Ability to present complex issues and solutions to mixed audiences, where necessary resolving conflict and complexity by delivering practical agile solutions;
  • Strong personal ownership and commitment to quality, desire to contribute and speak up with a view or opinion, and add value by questioning and probing where necessary to ensure a thorough and robust solution at each stage in the project lifecycle;
  • Commitment to the business users and self-motivation to take ownership of issues and initiatives; drive, energy and enthusiasm to any particular initiative, inspiring others to continually perform at their best;
  • Ability to form and maintain key relationships of mutual trust and respect, which fosters a climate of collaboration;
